Went to get headlight bulb changed, took 1.25 hrs in the process they managed to mess the electrics on the car Was in the car park for 2.5hrs so got a parking ticket This has still not been resolved after 4 months The branch say speak to customer 5,customer service say speak to the branch I might as well speak to a tree Then they say they will call you back again that never happened Total waste of space DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF

Picked kiddys bike up had you put it together not happy nothing is right .seat not in line with frame front handle bars not in line with front wheel rear wheel off centre and stabiliser not right I know its only a kids bike but I payed for it to be done right

Told to wait 20 minutes just to have a simple question about replacement bike brake pads answered... Took my custom elsewhere.

Bought a power washer today, it was the only one on the shelf with a bit of a battered box. Got it home and it was smashed at the front so I returned it. Cheryl was great. She went upstairs to get me another one (and they are heavy) and was so friendly and lovely. Alan on the other till though, told her to check all the pieces were there. I understand they might have to do this but ruddy hell, I'd just taken half an hour out of my day returning faulty goods so a smile from him would have been nice and maybe something like, Oh, sorry but we do have to just check all the parts have been returned (and you're not a thief). :) Thanks Cheryl.

Bought YUASA battery with 5 year warranty The battery not holding charge, so i took for the inspection they simply connected a small device and saying warranty rejected How is that possible? DO NOT TRUST THEIR WARRANTY I ASKED WHY WARRANTY REJECTED THEY SAID "DEVICE SAYS IT" RIP OFF
