The store was very untidy, displayed products were not priced. All stuff were sitting in the room next to the till chatting while customers were waiting to be served.

Have used this place for the past 7 years. It used to be really good but now its dreadful, really dreadful. Customer service is really bad - should send the lady on the front desk on a basic customer service course (she hasn't got a clue!). Also having someone who has the slightest idea about car parts might be a good idea too! After being a loyal customer for many years its time to take my business elsewhere.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Bought service parts and found out that a spark plug was missing. Called the branch on the same day and was advised that it could be the case that one was sold separately and to come back in with the receipt and the spark plugs box. Returned today only to be told that it couldnt be that a spark plug was missing. Initially told my partner that she had to come back the next day but then miraculously a part appeared out of nowhere when I called to complain. Rude female assistant said that she checked the part when before she handed over last week when she didnt. Implied that the customer was lying, absolutely disgusting and degrading for the customer. Avoid this branch like a plague!
