Whitewall Galleries Milton Keynes

Couldn't be more dissapointed. I purchased a Doug Hyde Print in 2018 and it has never been out of the packaging it was sold in. It has been stored carefully in my spare room as we were awaiting are new house to be finished before moving in and hanging. Since this purchase I recently came back and purchased a doug hyde statue from the Milton Keynes branch aswell this year summer 2022. Excited to hang my previous purchase I got it out the room only to find the print had slipped inside the frame and is wonky. I thought not a problem I'm sure whitewall can help me have this re-alined as the frame is sealed from the back. Nope, not only did they phone me back to say they won't help, they said for me to go find a independent frame store that can do it. To which I was told I have had the print to long so they won't fix it for me, so not that they can't.... but that they won't, even though I have purchased from them since so am a returning customer. And once again my product has never been hung.. or even removed from whitewall galleries packaging. I didn't expect a freebie as I explained to the ladie I just wanted some help to sort it. To then be politely asked if there is anything else she can help me with .. I guess my 3rd purchase will be elsewhere.
