Their services are exceptional with very competitive prices. Ada Ngai is very friendly in her approach, knowledgeable, kept us updated regularly and worked with customer first mindset throughout the engagement. She is our one stop shop to deal with structural engineer, planning consultant, local council and building regulations. Highly Recommended. Will definitely use them again for other projects.

Truly professional service from KK Architects Ltd! The initial site visit made sure all the required details are obtained. The drawings were delivered on time and amendments were made upon our request in good time. Their network with the structural engineer and SAP accessor means it was a one stop shop service we are looking for. Highly recommended!

We received great service from KK architects at a very competitive price. We asked for a few different drawings which were no problem. Ada kept chasing the authorities for us and took us through a planning appeal after receiving no decision from the councils planning department. Our appeal was successful! We would definitely recommend KK architects and will go back for future drawings.

KK Architects created the drawings and managed the planning application for our house renovation, which included structural work and a garage conversion. Being in a conservation area, the process was not without its challenges but Ada was very professional and very responsive. Throughout, we have been asking a lot of questions, adapting the drawings etc. Ada responded quickly to all our questions, modified drawings on request and had a call with our builders to clarify some points. We thought the price was very reasonable and the service she provides very good value for money. She also works with a very good structural engineer who, like Ada, is very responsive and very good value for money. We will be recommending KK Architects to our friends and family in the future.
