Avoid this company like the plague.I was quoted a repair fee of 78 for our fridge freezer plus parts.It was only a small bit of water pipe split so that seemed fine(pipe is pence per metre).The engineer turned up,stepped in the house,looked at the frdge and took a photo,then without laying a finger on the appliance said it wasnt repairable.Thatll be 78 .My wife was home alone and the repair man was apparently a large man so she felt she had to pay.I called later to complain but was told to go away.The woman on the phone said the quoted repair cost is non refundable .None of this was made clear in the initial phone call.So be warned,if your silly enough to trust these people like me,be prepared to lose your money.Do Not Use This Company,much better to use a local tradesman or just buy a new appliance...dont deal with this lot.
