He is a thoroughly lovely chap, professional yet down to earth and friendly and makes you feel totally at ease. His room is spotless and you get his undivided attention the whole time and along with the treatment itself he will educate you on your problem and the therapies that he is doing so I came away feeling more enlightened. I can tell that he really knows his stuff and he genuinely cares about his customers.
I have longterm tightness in my neck and shoulders but have recently been diagnosed with a shoulder injury which was driving me nuts. I've now been to see Ken 6 times and I can definitely notice an improvement.
I find the massage and acupuncture relaxing and effective and enjoy his lively chatty - he talks even more than me! hahaha
Highly recommended.
