Its amazing when someone can pull your mindset out of a dip you didnt even realize you had & give it wings. But when Jay says 100% is possible 100% of the time, I definitely thinks he underestimates what he does! I had the good fortune of meeting JW when studying on a digital marketing course - J was helping individuals navigate through business and personal challenges. I really like to work with Jay. He does a good job in recognizing my limiting beliefs and helps to overcome them. I like that he has a wide range of tools, that works well in group and 121 settings too. He cares about his coachees, and I really appreciate how much I accomplished with his support.
