Overall great experience with L&Q despite 1 year wait & 3 consecutive rejections. I waited & stayed in touch for new developments & keep applying. Great development justify high demand & applications. Karen was always helpful during all process. Only 1 negative aspect is aftercare isn't very good, notified a repair in December & still waiting because of system glitch but they said aftercare is different department. It should be improved & work with maximum 1 month SLA regardless of how busy they are.

Very Poor Customer Service. Karen, the sales associate is rude and unprofessional. They also show racism and only give houses to their favourites. They dont pick up calls and no email communication as well. A few of my friends who has bought new built from L&Q Saxon reach also mentioned about build delays. There are people who ended up getting their house 6-7 months of the anticipated completion date. There is no house visits, no communication on the build updates. Worst Developers ever. Also been reported by people that they are taking ages to fix the snag that has been reported. Dont ever go with them. Avoid like a plague. If I could give less than one star I would give that. Extreme unprofessionals. Even the Senior Managers are rubbish and unaccountable. Paying money and getting zero customer service.

Exceptionally Poor Customer Services- Best to Avoid I had a very bad experience with the Saxon Reach Office Milton Keynes. It is practically impossible to reach them on phone and book an appointment to see their show home. I have been to the office 3 times, travelling all the way from London and was still unable to see the show homes or have their rep speak with me. On the day I had an appointment with her, we put the postcode she gave us in the Sat Nav and it took us to a different location. Spent an hour roaming about Milton Keynes and then finally made our way back to their office at which time she refused to attend to us despite pleas that I came all the way from London and was travelling out of the UK that day. If I could give less than 1 star I would. The company should definitely look into staff at the Milton Keynes office. Very bad reputation for business.

Very very rude and unprofessional staff.Their approach is like you take it or leave we don't care....she need professional mannerism not to judge people as they enter the door.....she missed a business with undercover millionaire. Hope her salary will be flowing from heaven.
