Before I apply at this surgery, the staff, receptionist, doctor were very helpful, friendly for my mental health issues. But now there is no one answering the call. I tried to call at 1:30pm and I wait for more than 10 mins, there is no one answering the phone and it wastes my time and I couldn't solve my mental health problem.

Very Rude Receptionist. Not helpful at all. Before even listening to the patient they are ready for no as answer. 2 hours on phone in que and then they dont answer and you would expect to call and join the que again. Spent 4 hours on the day to get an appointment then they wont book you in or understand your concern as they are in rush to disconnect the call. For everything they will say go to A&E if you are concerned, if we had to go to A&E for everything what is your role as a GP? They really need to work on their patient care and empathy. Surgery was good when they started but now it is going downhill due to the reception staff attitude. Will definitely not recommend and will raise concern with CQC aswell regarding the same.

Does this surgery and the Doctors take the Hippocratic Oath as this is one of the oldest binding documents in history. Written in antiquity, its principles are held sacred by doctors to this day: treat the sick to the best of one's ability, preserve patient privacy, teach the secrets of medicine to the next generation, and so on. Because I have never seen in recent years any doctor standing by this whatsoever! You are just passing patients information to receptionist to have a read and know your private health business and never truly help anyone! You should be disappointed and disgusted with yourself. If you look at the reviews you only reply to people who say kind words but you never apologise for your poor performance and treatment of patients! You try and cover your own career instead of helping anyone and try and make everyone feel like they are druggies if they ask for medicine for pain! Put a label on them and send them to horrible places like ARK !! Help people thats why youre doctors!

I have been there since it opened and honestly never had a problem. The past year is an absolute joke. Not only are you on the phone for over an hour to be told no appointments. When the hospital have advised to get GP to get an appointment about a health concerned to be absolutely dismissed by the doctor, who said he doesn't have time to read notes, dismissed everything that was said to him and basically just told to keep an eye on it yourself. Very poor lack of care from the doctors. There is one very nice reception lady but there is one other lady that I speak to who is very rude. Very short on the phone and comes across as aggressive. I had called numerous times over the past 2 weeks and when I got through with this lady she instantly was like no, i've spoken to you. No like I've called up to speak to a doctor. I have even written to one of the managers there and still no reply after a week even though I flagged up the duty of care that the doctor had failed. Appalling and shocking doctors the worst doctors surgery I've ever been registered to. Honestly I would avoid at all costs and go somewhere else because you will not be seen or taken care of properly at Whitehouse.
