Hotel Endsleigh

We stayed at this hotel last year and we assumed that as it was a Polizzi owned hotel that it would be good. Unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. The hotel is very tired and the room that we stayed in had severe water damage on the walls. The food was not great and the service for this kind of hotel was wanting. It's incredible really that the owner's daughter tells other hoteliers how to run their hotels, yet here they don't appear to practise what she preaches.

Didn't actually stay here, but myself and a group of friends (15 year olds) got caught in horrible weather and came in drenched to escape it and sit down and warm ourselves by the fire. The staff were lovely and made sure we were warm by the fire, gave one of us a free cup of tea, and even drove us back to the village to keep us out of the cold and the rain. They were genuinely such kind and wonderful people and we felt the need to leave a review to highly recommend this place as it left such a great impression.
