Due to severe weather our return to Heathrow was delayed. We notified Mike the day before our scheduled return with our new flight details. This gave him 5 days to re-arrange our transfer. His immediate reply was that he had no driver available, and offered no assistance in arranging any alternative transport. Although he has joined forces with Air and Port Transfer Shop, Mike has since informed us that post-covid we do not use any sub-contract workers. This is unfortunate as we found the use of sub contract workers worked well previously when Mike was unable to fulfil the contract himself. We had prepaid in cash, as Mike said it is his preferred option, and although having incurred no expenses for our return journey as he didnt go to the airport, the company insisted that under the contract terms it will keep the entire fare, including the airport car parking fee! We were very disappointed with the complete lack of customer service and will definitely not use this company again.
