Wasn't very impressed with this company they seem to operate in a strange way, may be different if you are using them for repair. Basically they knocked on the door and gave us a raffle ticket to be in with a chance to win 1000 I politely accepted and they carried on around the village. A few days later they rang me saying we had won a carpet clean for one room I thought this was great as we had been looking into getting the lounge done anyway. They arrived on a Wednesday afternoon around 2.00pm 2 young women and an older man, they cam in with all their kit and I had cleared the room as best i could to accommodate, the man left the girls there with no vehicle and said to call when they had finished (we live in the middle of nowhere). Long story short they spent 2.5 hours trying to sell my partner and I a 1000 Kirby Vacuum and didn't clean the carpet very well at all, we had to sit and watch them demonstrate the equipment for ages and couldn't leave them at all (my partner was supposed to be working but every time he went off they called him back) then after all this the man came back and tried the hard sell in our house with the brand new vacuum there for us ready, it felt very uncomfortable and afterwards we felt tricked and played. I would not recommend and if they call you up for a free carpet clean decline!
