        We used Malcolm a few years ago when purchasing a property. We used him three times in the end. Although we had to pay out for 3 different surveys, he saved us a fortune in renovation costs we had no idea about until he advised us. He provided detailed reports with pictures clearly showing any defects. We were very impressed with his service and have recommended him to family and friends who have moved since.

        Excellent, fast and efficient service from Malcolm a joy to work with from taking the instruction, organising access and sending the report within 48 hours of the survey. Many problems unearthed which we were able to negotiate the cost of repair with the vendor. Follow-up call and explaining the problems in laymans terms was also much appreciated.
