        Booked a taxi, never turned up. Phoned and got told they were too busy to come out for us. Left us stranded with 3 young kids at home. Stay clear of this firm.

        Fantastic and puny service. Ordered taxi for Saturday 25th June at 16:45 and pick up later for 22:30. The taxi was there waiting both times. Thank you to our driver, Laura who was so helpful and friendly. Definitely use again.

        I thought Id give them the benefit of the doubt and ignore the other reviews. Pre-booked a taxi for 6am, I called them again the day before to confirm its ok - as they didnt even take my name, just my mobile number. Comes to 6am and I saw a taxi drive straight past the house. I then tried to call the company several times until 6:20am, and it would go to voicemail. Booked via blue star taxis who were reliable and showed up.
