mydentist, Haverflatts Lane, Milnthorpe

Most unreliable dentists been waiting for an appointment since 2021 when apparently only NHS emergency treatment was available. They cancelled 3 appointments as if we hadn't got jobs or previous commitments at will. It got to the situation of please ring me when there is a definite appointment. Nothing !! Then I'm told by a friend the practice has gone private. Dentists of the UK you should be ashamed holding the general public to extreme costs for a basic health treatment.

Very naughty my dentist striking people off the NHS because you know your going private I had to argue to get a appointment even after been told not to ring because you would contact me absolutely disgusting hope your new status as a private clinic brings you little business and your customers go elsewhere.

Too many cancelled appointments-dont think they are bother about having Nhs patients-just want private-bet if l rang up and said l wanted to pay privately l would soon get a appointment

A very satisfying first appointment with Mydentist at Milnthorpe. Good, efficient examination. Clear explanations and advice on necessary and possible treatment and costs. Dentist, assistent and desk staff all polite and very helpful. I would certainly recommend it! Many thanks to them.
