They seem to have an aversion to pickingup the phone. Tried several different times on different days to ring and cancel paper delivery since it was coming too late to read at breakfast. no one answered so I had to drive to the shop to cancel the delivery. Never got a closing bill despite further attempts by phone,but a reminder for the unpaid bill which was never sent.

I have today been into the store In milnthrope which I go in at least 3 times a week but can assure you after today will never go back and I will tell my friends and family to do the same! I was waiting in the queue to post some letters and parcel and was on my phone to a friend whos dad had just been taken into hospital and was upset but as I got to the counter I explain to my friend I would need to call her back, I finished sending my letters and went to buy some bits from the shop it was while paying for these at the other till that the man that had just served me for my post obviously thought I had left the shop started slagging me off saying I was so rude for being on the phone while at the counter while his colleague agreed saying yes she was so rude for doing that and saying things about me!!! As I looked over to say something they both went in the back this is outrageous speaking about your customers in this way and while other customers are still there and can hear whats being said! You have no idea why I was on the phone and I did hang up to talk to you there was no need for you to be so rude

Really nice staff in there and you can get really good things for really good prices as well
