Ellen Kay Lettings looked after our property from when we first decided to let until we sold it 14 years later. We found the service friendly, efficient, and professional. We had some fantastic tenants during our time letting, and the rent payments were always on time. Their contacts with local professional contractors proved to be invaluable on the odd occasion we had an issue with the property. All maintenance and repair work was completed promptly at a fair price. We would encourage any professional landlord to appoint this honest family run agent.

Ive loved being a tenant with Ellen Kay Lettings, they were always so quick to respond to any query, and when I first moved in, they ensured any repair that needed doing was fixed promptly. Brilliant service, genuinely sad to have moved out of area but cannot thank them enough for the fantastic service I had for the last 18 months!

The company is shocking I requested a viewing and they want to know all your personal details and then don't bother to contact you for a viewing. Just want to take your details and the questions they ask are unbelievable, next they will be asking what you eat on a daily basis. There are so many estate agents and never came across anyone like it. When I asked if they are going to be offering me a viewing otherwise remove my details of there system, I received an email back from Ellen details removed and that's it very rude shouldn't be allowed to trade!!

very quick with the paperwork but when i declined my application the phone was put down on me in mid conversation which i thought was quite rude.
