        Ordered a 3800mm Vantage Juliet Balcony, they initially lost the order, therefore, there was a delay in the delivery. When the item came, we had it fitted by a builder in our absence, I then noticed some areas of missing and bubbled paintwork, I emailed the company with pictures, but got no reply. Time will tell if this was a good or bad purchase.

        Excellent service, excellent product. I ordered 3 balconies. I gave the wrong dimensions because I forgot to take the corbel into account. They agreed to make a substantial change to all 3 balconies prior to dispatch at no extra cost. Very very happy.

        Very good and efficient service and high quality product. Nice touch that they supplied extras like screw covers and paint for any scuff marks. Very pleased.
