        My experience of Alliance is very different to the reviews. The company might be good if they do the work, but getting them to do it seems impossible. Pete Farrow came, measured up for alterations and sent me a quote on 1st September, saying that they were busy and it would be October or possibly November before the work could be done, but by Christmas we heard nothing from them. At the end of December & the first week of January I rang to find out what was happening and the phone wasnt answered. My wife rang from her phone on Thursday 5th January to be told that they would have to speak to the plasterer and would contact her the next day with a date to start the work. 2 weeks later were still waiting. I can only presume that they dont want to do the job, but dont understand why Pete didnt just say that.
