        I discovered this company recently by accident from an ad in TV Choice. It was a HAPPY accident as I have bought SIX of their publications ... and learnt many valuable tricks for my iPhone, iPad AND Windows 10! I have been using Windows 10 about 9 months and thought I knew it all. All I can say is I wish I'd discovered their guide when I made the switch from Windows 7 - it would have saved the STEEP learning curve. Their books are well-written, illustrated and indexed - simple but never patronising! I LOVE their 14-day trial period although I VERY much doubt that many books are returned - I wouldn't be without mine. Every page contains a wealth of useful information appreciated by this 70 year old techie - old dogs CAN learn new tricks!

        Had a problem with my computer they helped me solve it.But not only that other people post questions which they solve and could relate to a problem you have Well worth logging into and look at there library would highly recommend this company
