As a visitor for only three days thankfully, the home was very clean considering the building work in progress and l met friendly staff / carers who were busy , BUT l witnessed a senior carer slow to respond to a medical situation in the morning that deteriorated into an emergency that needed a 999 call later that day that led to an hospital admittance. The Care Quality Commission, CQC have been informed in hope that changes and improvements can be made.
