        Having had an injury a few years back and not being able to get treatment due to Covid, my should and back were causing issues. My appointment was made quickly and easily and this was my first visit to blitz. Always a bit nervous as a bloke to going to new places like this. I neednt have been. A very nice facility, a nice welcome and a very professional team. I detailed my issues and these were spoken about before the treatment. The lady who carried out the massage was knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to talk with. She tailored the massage to deal with my shoulder problem and asked lots of check in questions and showed her knowledge through out. This was better than any physio session I have had. The impact of the massage took a few days to kick in such was the mess of my shoulder and the expert deep work done. The difference now is amazing and the work has has been incredible. I would highly recommend a visit to Blitz. I will be going back (adding a head massage next time to the shoulder work).
