Challenging course but playable in wet conditions!

Formerly a favourite of mine, however returned (12/04/23) to be charged twice (3.20) for a coffee, this despite showing the bar staff that the initial payment had cleared in my banking app. Greens in good order, fairways less so all concluded with cold running showers. Disappointing!

It's a nice course, at a good price, but the experience is ruined by over-crowding. We saw more than one group playing as a six. That's completely unacceptable. We booked our tee time for 3 p.m. When we joined the queue at the first tee, the people in front of us told us they were also a 3 p.m. tee time. Hardly anyone appears to repair pitch marks which is criminal, especially when the greens are so soft.

Nice course we'll maintained considering freezing weather conditions it was very playable great value and was made to feel welcome will definitely be returning
