An excellent friendly service. Bikes would suit any level of fitness. Claire and Lisa provided helpful advice for routes, coffee shops etc. Would not hesitate in recommending this company.

Thank you jaunt-e bikes for an excellent day on Sunday. The four of us absolutely loved our New Forest adventure. You made everything so easy - from delivery to our door to pick up when we returned. It takes only seconds to learn how the bikes work, they are so rider friendly and so much fun to use. Will be a struggle to go back to my push bike now I know what battery power feels like.

Hired a couple of the step through bikes for the afternoonwasnt too sure what to expectman alive they are absolutely brilliant!! As you can see from the videos, 2 middle aged women had the time of their lives will definitely be doing that again!! Jaunts-ebikes are a small local business offering great customer service with a really friendly approach, online booking is simple and collection/drop off is super easy. Everything is explained so you know how to use the power assist before leaving, helmets, bike locks and handlebar bags for your valuables are all provided, along with a map of the suggested routes. There is plenty of parking and they also have a loo One of the owners, Clare, looked after uslovely lady, thank you so much!

Great bikes, great service and great value. What more do you need? The bike we hired was in great condition and the battery easily lasted the 38 miles we did during the days hire. Very clear briefing before hire and good quality helmets. Really excellent all round.
