Went to the restaurant at 7pm, waited for nearly two hours to get meal served. The person in charge was very rude by saying thiss not a McDonalds when asked why the service was slow.
Very poor customer service, there wasnt any staff came over to explain or reassure customers during the waiting time. Ruined whole dinning experience.
Definitely wont be going again.
