        From the start to the end of the cake ordering process, Mandy was brilliant. I went to her with half an idea and Mandy just 'ran' with it. I was absolutely blown away with the end result - it far exceeded my expectations. The cake was both fantastic to look at and eat. I would have no hesitation in recommending Elmsleigh Cakes to anyone looking for a celebration cake. You really will not be disappointed.

        Mandy was helpful and engaging every step of the way and the cakes tasted even better than expected and the design was spot on. I also arranged for a cake of Cheese for my new husband who had no idea and was so surprised when he saw it. Blown away and can not recommend Mandy enough.
