Absolutely awful driver.....took me to a cash machine before he would take me anywhere even though I said I have cash at home. Will be first and last time I use this company!!

Used them a couple of times when i want to pay using cash as uber doesn't let you do this. Very reasonable price and i didn't have a long wait for the driver to arrive either

Some cab drivers at star cars are rude and really annoying. However I must admit that all the controllers are extremely polite and professional. I have never had a problem with any of the controllers who are also very helpful. But some of the cab drivers are rude or very annoying by talking too much and asking personal questions. Very few but some of the cars are really dirty and unkempt. Once a cab driver turned up in an absolute wreckage. It was a complete safety hazard. But I agree with most of you Star Cars has the best prices and is the most reliable cab service in East London. The other cab services around East London are inferior compared to Star Cars. The management and all the controllers do their upmost to maintain a reliable and efficient service.
