Spice Hut London

Eaten spice hut since I was maybe BORN. Worst experience ever in the original shop! Why is lamb kebab being stored in buckets! That was enough to make me feel sick. Secondly the attitude of the staff is a joke! Elderly uncle was fine. But the guy serving (barely) insisted it was going to take 15mins. For a wrap? Then instructed me to sit down? I think not! Irritated everyone all customers walked out. So he lost the company money. Will never be returning to this branch. EW!

I dont normally write review but I had to write this. I was served by this guy in-the counter, he was short and darker brown. When he was writing my order my eyes looked on his writing and I saw his nails. Yuk so disgusting, how can you serve people with this hand, hygiene level is very bad! Both of his hands had long nails and you can see, all the spices are inside.I wont be going there for sure!!

Very bad service. Will go in to speak with someone about the terrible experience. Ordered iftar today for my family (4/4/23) around 4.30 in the afternoon, after waiting all the way till iftar it got cancelled right on iftar time without any notice. Will never order from or eat there again.
