KODAK Lens Vision Centre Mile End

Not the best experience of late. Let's just say twice to get a diagnosis, never told to pick up my referral letter and when going to pick it up, the place was closed and in the meantime my eyesight is deteriorating. Poor choice of glasses not a lot of variety , ancient medical devices and a receptionist who thinks everyone who walks in is on benefits . There is only one optemerist so expect to wait if there's a backlog. Do not respect opening time.

Best service Ive received from an opticians in a long time. Carol was an absolute star and helped me with the issue I had with my glasses pretty much on the spot. Definitely glad I switched from my old opticians to here when I did.

Lovely Receptionist, Ended up getting a eye test even though I was only intending to eat lunch.

Had a very good experience there, as it was also my first time there, the doctor and receptionists I've spoken to were very helpful and made my visit there enjoyable, will be seeing them again in 2 years for the next appointment
