        4 years after moving out they continue to give my details to contractors despite me asking them multiple times to remove it from their systems. Latest attempt met with a snarky response, could almost hear the shrug over the phone. Not a single apology. Incredibly unprofessional

        Horrible staff, never answering calls, responding to emails in a passive aggressive tone.

        Horrible, unprofessional people. They left me in damp and mould for one month to wait for the appointment. Yesterday I had flood in my flat, the water was running down my hallway and destroyed the flooring. Tried to prevent the water to go into the bedrooms by mopping it for 3 hours. After hours of waiting the plumber who was sent by EastEnd homes said he couldn't do anything.

        No response to complaints. No voicemail facility. No answer when calling the emergency number. Recommend residents get together and launch a legal case for negligence.
