Saw Dr. HALL yesterday. She was lovely, very attentive and caring and really helped deal with my issues. Very happy with service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I visited the surgery today and during my examination, with my chest (luckily while wearing a bra), male Receptionist staff called Chowdry walked in. He knocked and didn't wait for to be invited in. Upon talking to him once I was out, he was adamant Dr Vanat said come in. I had to kindly ask her to come to the reception and confirm she did not say that. Guess what? She told him she didn't say to come in. She said to wait. So he heard wrong. Yet he argued with me doctor said to come in. I told him he owes me an apology and his reply was,submit a complaint. You cannot call yourself human being, being so self absorbed and rude not to even admit to a patient YOU MADE a mistake. I'm sure you would not like this to happen to your mother or sister either. But guess what people? I had not one person knocking and opening door while I was examined. But 3!!! And without them being told to come in. The first was the Receptionist Chowdry, second was female doctor, and third was some medical staff wearing blue apron. This is not Dr Vanat's fault. But those 3 who have zero manners. Knock, don't wait and just come in. Next time you do that, it may be a male patient with his privates out. You are disrespectful and a disgrace to NHS Just to add, Dr Vanat was very nice and treated me with respect. I have absolutely no issue with how my appointment went or how she treated me. This is only and purely down to those 3 people.

Im at utter awe at how the receptionists fail to complete simple tasks, I physically go to the counter to re-order medication and its the same medication monthly and they still fail to press a few buttons to order them. Ive had to come back to do the same tasks. Just pathetic really.
