I don't no if u people read this or even care about people making a dr Appointment if I call u just make the appointment don't ask I have to file in a forma to see if a Dr is going to give me a appointment this also applies if I come in to the Surgery what world are u people living in I'm leveling this surgery it so Obvious u dr don't want see any 1pePatient Patient

I spoke to the receptionist, Nabeela (sorry if I spelt that wrong), at Wellington Way Centre this morning about dealing with a doctors sick note. Ive never had to get a sick note before and Nabeela was incredibly helpful, kind and compassionate. She truly is an asset to your team and must be praised. I think Ive gone to the doctors only a handful of times in my whole life and she is by far the best receptionist Ive ever heard of and spoken to. I am feeling quite poorly and because of this positive experience this morning, this affected my mental health in a positive way all day today. It costs nothing to be kind and I can not express enough my gratitude for the amazing customer care and service by Nabeela, so much so I am compelled to write this positive review, which I don't often do!

Called twice and the same thing happened: I was sitting in the queue for about 30 minutes only to told "we are busy now, please call back later". This was after working my way down from being 6th in queue to 1st in queue both times. It was LITERALLY my turn just before I got politely flipped off by their cursed answering machine!

So far, all my interactions with this GP practice have been great. My old surgery was absolutely impossible so its honestly made my life so much easier moving here.

The receptionists are always friendly and patient and the doctors I've spoken with are compassionate and helpful. Although, like most places, theyre struggling with availability, they always try to get you seen as soon as possible. Im really happy with this practice after bad experiences with others!
