Customer service non existence, The products they sell are cheapest of the cheapest. Most of the furniture's they deliver are faulty. What's funny is the fitting people can't even fit a wardrobe together, left it hanging and kept sending diffrent guys to try fix it! Better to gamble and buy online without seeing that's the same result you'll get with this place. Dont belive in any returns or exchange policy they offer it doesn't exist. Once you buy that's it. If you want good furniture even better price look elsewhere this is not the place! Look at all the other reviews all similar story! I wouldn't be suprised if there 5 star reviews was fake

If I can give no star it would've been great.the customer service is poor very poor, false promises they said they would do everything and have it ready for delivery aswell as fitting. Once money has been paid..the excuses keep on coming in one after another.. Very selfish very rude unprofessionals who wants money and not. Care about the customer well no customers no money two way street I rather go to someone else avoid this place the people in there are not very proffeesinal and they can't even fit the produts. Also tried to. Pull a fast one and give us one less item. Wedding set including table chairs bedside and sofa etc the whole lot but not happy with them I rather give my money to someone else business avoid this place!!!

Neve ever buy anything from this shop. Absolutely disgusting behavior with customers and they don't complete the job, leaves it half done and if you ask them to fix it they threaten you. I wouldn't even give them 1 star but to post the review you have to select at least 1 star. Never buy anything from there.

Living room, hallway and kitchen was done today. Amazing people, so helpful i couldn't recommend them enough, and done a amazing job xxxx
