        Please just dont use this property agency. Everything is broken and nothing ever gets fixed. When I moved into my flat, there was someone still living in my room. Awful awful management. They will never answer the phone or reply to emails.

        Cosmo Lettings, awful agents. They have since changed their address to 236 Cambridge Heath Road I believe. They post their ads on Spareroom and often call themselves comso or something similar. Terrible service and liars. First when moving in they promised that there would be a weekly cleaning service which they did not provide. Would not respond to calls and texts. I would avoid at all costs
