        I was a tenant with Imperium Property for 3 months. The guys were super helpful with me staying in a different flat until I could move into a new flat. I could just move in the morning, due to work and could leave the keys in the house without any problems, even though it meant for their consultants to go there extra to get the keys. Imperium is helpful and understanding, you just need to communicate with them. Just four stars, because the flat had several issues with hot/cold water, and I needed to get a lan-cable for stable internet connection. But this might be an issue with London flats in general, not sure.

        This is the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of working with. There were issues with the property I moved to in Scriven Court. It's been more than 28 days since I moved out but they still have not returned the deposit. The owner Mizan Ali is running a shady business, I would not trust this business to help you in any way! The company is apprently dissolved on companies house, the agents Bart and Max who I've dealt with are not being helpful and they still have not responded to an email I sent on 18th February. Furthermore, the business number does not get picked up and they do not keep the office open according to the office hours. The lack of professionalism is absolutely disgusting! I will be exploring legal options against this business as their operation is shambolic. They don't seem to care about the financial reprecurssions of them withholding money that does not belong to them. I wish I'd never even heard of Imperium. I now have a huge distrust for agents! I encourage anyone dealing with them to not believe the positive reviews, they certainly do not reflect the business at this moment in time!
