Gervais was absolutely incredible. He carefully listened to my story and set about devising a plan that suited my needs. We worked together for 5 months and in that time I went from having severe pain (due to a slipped disc) to being basically pain free. He was patient and exceptionally considerate. I would recommend him as an osteopath to anyone looking for help.

I came to Melanie with a very long list and mixed bag of ailments ranging from womens health issues, autoimmune issues, as well as anxiety and generalized pain after years of being told its all in my head by a range of doctors and practitioners. Having not been heard by the medical community, I put my faith in acupuncture and TCM having experienced the benefits of treatments before. I have been working with Melanie to improve my health and well-being since September 2022 and have felt the benefits of regular treatment at her East London clinic (in Bethnal Green since January 2023). Melanies careful and practical approach to addressing each issue separately with care and attention has had an incredible impact on my life, health and wellbeing. Melanie has also shown uncommon compassion and kindness and has an innate ability to listen. The course of treatments has positively impacted all aspects of my life including being more present and considered with everything I do. I now have the tools to cope and live more fully across all aspects of my life, which also helps me manage my health and well-being. More importantly her advice comes with long-term benefits and impacts that are life changing. I regularly recommend her to friends, family, and colleagues, knowing that they will be in good hands. She is not only a fantastic expert in the discipline, but also a knowledgeable practitioner providing holistic treatments that focus on you as a person and all your different dimensions. What stands out for me in my experience: 1. A logical and structured approach to diagnoses including advice on getting the right kinds of blood and diagnostic tests, and the interpretation of these test results in the context of TCM and subsequent treatment. 2. Lots of great questions asked at the start of each session that helped me explain my symptoms and day-to-day life. 3. Sound advice on follow-ups and aftercare. I cannot recommend Melanie's fertility acupuncture services enough. Mel is a fantastic and experienced acupuncturist and often a compassionate counsellor. I am 46 and after years of fertility issues I became pregnant with donor eggs on my first attempt which I believe is largely due to Mel. I am now 15 weeks pregnant with my first child. I had treatment leading up to and throughout the IVF process which was invaluable both physically and emotionally. Mel also diagnosed that I had thyroid issues just from feeling my pulses which lead me to having a blood test to confirm this and meant I could be treated in time for the embryo transfer which is critical for pregnancy success. The treatment itself is extremely relaxing and I always feel amazing afterwards. Mel's services are also extremely good value given her experience.
