Appalling attitude and behaviour. Cancels booking without notification. Does not care if patients have to take days off work or travel there only to be told booking has been cancelled. No rearranging or explanation. Disgusting place, poor intellectual behaviour and approach

I had an eye test at this hospital last December and still can't get the result.,I called the hospital 2 times. The first time they told me they would send me a test by Post Office,I waited for almost a week, But I never got a response from them when I called a second time.,They said that for some reason they couldn't give me results. And that I'm fine.,but My vision continues to deteriorate and most likely I will go to their hospital and demand my result there., Im very sad ((((

This hospital is so clean it fills me with confidence, the whole process takes some time but all of the doctors & nurses are kind and caring. Complete professionalism

Horrible attitude. NHS badly needs reform, and automate the vast majority of plump admin jobs away from these incompetent, unaccountable middle men.
