The structured meditation practices of the Naqshbandi-Mujaddidi order have increased my self awareness and overall sense of groundedness. I also feel more in touch with the blessings of life in the everyday. What a treat to visit this beautiful building every week for tea and meditation; to sit in the company of others on the path, those who strive to be better, to be closer to the source of Truth, the Divine.

Great people, great atmosphere. I feel blessed to be part of the Mujaddidi Sufi tariqa. Here you learn that the mind is not the only center of consciousness. You also learn how these other centers of consciousness can take you closer to the Truth.
