Sensitive, professional film making - able to turn their hand to just about any brief. I've worked on and off with them (as a client) for last 5 years over commercials, interviews, animations, and always been impressed. Particularly good (I'd say) at sensitive short-form storytelling, both when scripted (eg 30-90sec) and 1st person interviews, telling complex subject matter in emotionally engaging way. Definitely recommend
