Very poor customer service. Low profile till lady SHAHIDA was chatting unnecessarly with other guy(May be manager standing in front of the door) not even listening to customers.

Love coming in here as its never busy when I go in & the staff are usually friendly & more than happy to help you with make - up etc but the other day I went to line up to pay after a lady & another woman pushed in and cashier just watched it happen & carried on speaking to her in her language.. as if this werent rude enough she began promoting her the stuff on the side & went into a long discussion about a Nivea hand cream -_- it was only her on the till & there was a long line forming as they were chatting away for about a good 6 mins.. people behind were huffing & looking at each other with the look .. finally went up & was hoping the cashier didnt promote her sales to me cause I was ready to cuss her, she didnt have a name tag on but had a black long sleeve top on & curled hair past her shoulders. Kmt
