AVOID his shop and HIS SERVICE, HE IS A LIAR AND THIEF. He doesnt have INSURANCE, HE DOES NOT HAVE ANY LIABILITY THE DAMAGE WHAT HE CAUSE DURING REPAIR. He did overpriced screen replacement job. I didnt do a good research who will repair it and fooled, learnt lesson now! He broke case of the laptop, lost a screw of hinge, lost charger. He didnt bother to notify me, just I discovered when I picked up laptop. He told a story when he opened the case he discovered screw missing and was broken already the bottom part so he couldnt glue back and fix it, so decided to cellotaped around the case, still left open the bottom part. I fooled, I paid the repair price. Few days later magicly he find charger so I ask my neighbour come with me, and during conversation he though I will take back to fix properly this time. He told me shut up, I brought my guardian with me, so refused talk to me. He admited he opened the case but he discovered it was broken he gave to other shop to do the repair.

Really really terrible company. My partner bought me an iphone cable from them just over a month ago which has now stopped working. He took at back and the woman on the desk refused to replace it, and seemed amused he'd even asked. Shame as it's a local company for me but would not give them business again - will go to the one by Mile End station in future.

Bought an iphone cable, it stopped working within a month and they wouldn't replace it, despite it being a legal requirement to do under the consumer rights act. Very rude about it too.
