An excellent resource for anybody that requires support in sharing feedback or to gain information that is happening locally related to Health and Social Care. I have found the staff to be knowledgeable, friendly and thank them and the volunteers that work so hard for the community in Tower Hamlets.

An excellent little organisation. People should really be more aware of them and how they are trying to help. They take the time to listen and are very knowledgeable.

I recently came across Healthwatch Tower Hamlets at a mental health awareness event. The ladies there were very happy to listen to my feedback about the issues I faced both good and bad, about accessing NHS services in Tower Hamlets. They explained how Healthwatch work and how they try to make a difference. this was very good to know, as now I know where I can go to give feedback about things that are important to me.

Complete Waste of time, money and effort they haven't a clue they get laughed at by the NHS totally inadequate service. So corrupt they will even write their own reviews see below. Typical of their behavior manipulative and liars who spin and lie totally inadequate service to the end just in for the free easy government money nothing else lazy pretentious liars who do nothing for anyone except themselves.This is relation to the advocacy provided to me I will provide more details once my complaint is complete but they totally messed up then closed the file then refused to return my calls and further damaged my complaint they refused to do anything point blank !
