KO is a truly brilliant boxing gym for both beginners and those with experience. Well equipped facilities, knowledgeable and engaging coaches and regular inter club events make KO stand out among competitors. A thorough assessment process for those wishing to move up to more experienced classes means there is always a new challenge, with the coaches willing to help with any queries you have, or adjustments you need to make. 10/10 would recommend. Try it, you will not be disappointed

I would recommend anyone of any age, gender or ability to give this gym a go. Speaking as a woman in her 50's this place has been absolutely amazing for me, it's given me confidence, opportunities, helped me get fit and so much more. All the staff and trainers are so supportive and care a lot about everyone that attends.

I am coming up to week 8 of my 8 week training for the ultra white collar boxing event. I have learnt so much from all the coaches and been pleasantly surprised with the boxing gym culture. KO boxing gym is a place where you leave your ego at the door, its a place to learn about boxing from people who love the sport. No matter your race, gender, age, etc, you will be treated as equals, pushed to new limits you didnt know you could go, and learn to love and respect the sport. Every session I leave feeling better and happier than when I arrived. Thanks team!
