Purchased a CWC Auto Diver No Date watch and when the watch arrived... unfortunately it wasn't working. Tried winding the crown many times and even tried shaking it to get the rotor going, but unfortunately it just wasn't ticking. Emailed customer service and explained what was happening. So they sent me a shipping label to ship the defective watch back and exchange it for a new one at no cost. When the watch arrived to them, they told me that the watch was running perfectly fine.....seemed a bit weird knowing that I was turned the crown almost 100 rotation and still wasn't ticking. Either way they understood what happened and exchanged it for another one. The process went smoothly. Now I have a perfectly running CWC Auto Diver. Super pleased with the watch.

Sent my CWC T20 watch to Silvermans to have it repaired as the second-hand was swinging loose. THREE months later the watch was returned today Friday 8th April following an e-mail saying it was now repaired. Just took the watch out and second-hand still swinging loose! Such an easy thing to see but clearly no concept of customer service or quality control. Zero stars was my intention but not an option.
