I highly recommend the sport and deep tissue massage with Eva at Pathways Trust. She is a very experience practitioner and her sport and deep tissue therapies work wonders. She is attentive and focuses on the recovery of muscular injuries, and her attention, understanding and treatment help in releasing tension in the affected area. I had treatment with Eva over the years for various reasons especially in my back and shoulder and her holistic approach and knowledge are excellent. I also recommend using Pathways Trust for its excellent and professional therapists and its fair and reasonable prices.

I have a regular massage with Eva . It's a thoroughly enjoyable experience, and she is an excellent therapist whose hands work magic on my spine ,joints and muscles. I book my next session immediately as these help maintain my wellbeing and I really look forward to going. I would really recommend them for their holistic therapeutic treatment.

Highly recommended. I have now had two deep tissue massages with Eva at Pathways Trust. I can't speak highly enough of her as a practitioner, and of my experience there. I was looking for a local, community-based location for my treatment and I'm really happy to have found Pathways. I was in quite a lot of pain before my first appointment, having two different issues with my spine and shoulder. In the first appointment, Eva took a very detailed history about my skeletal and muscle problems, making several really valuable suggestions along the way. We then moved into the treatment room where I had a deep tissue massage for an hour. Eva was the perfect therapist, very considerate, responsive and professional. She seemed absolutely expert and explained carefully what she was doing and why. Not only did she give me an amazing massage, I literally walked out of the room looser and more comfortable. Eva advised me that it might take a couple of days to feel the deeper benefit of the treatment and this was also true. By the end of the week, the pain in my shoulder which had been really disabling was almost entirely gone. My lower back pain, chronic and ongoing issue was also reduced. I recently went back for a second massage and it was equally good. I have had many back treatments in my time but have rarely felt that so much time and attention was put into understanding my specific needs, and the result was extremely positive. The pricing structure at pathways is extremely fair and reasonable. I will be returning on a regular basis to keep my back in good shape!
