Papa John's Pizza

I used order Pappa John's regularly, but unfortunately they don't deliver the dips you order and pay for. Multiple times I've selected two or three dips to be included, but instead they only send the disgusting "special garlic" butter type dip that they give for free with things. It's not the cost of the dips, but if you mind having dip or sauce with your pizza, you will need to order from elsewhere. I now only order this every three or four months, and then regret it when I have to eat the dry pizza.

OK pizza but not worth the money, very stingey with the toppings, hardly ever no sweetcorn, onion or Peppers on my pizza when ordered. Sides always taste awful. Looking for a different pizza delivery from now on.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. My food was not delivered and i waited over an hour and a half. When I called and attempted to inquire about my order I was met with animosity and frankly quite disgusting attitude. Mid way the phone call was cut , and when called back I was met with a ' what do you want'. This is not very nice to hear as a human being let alone a customer. I do not believe I will purchase something from here again as it has completely put me off. I was told that I would be 'refunded' but upon checking the website it states that my food had been 'delivered'. It is very difficult to locate how to acquire a refund on the website and I would not like to call again in fear of 'what do you want' being said to me. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY.

I ordered a large size and I paid for the large size pizza, and the size looks like a small-medium sized pizza, also, they put way to much sauce, which we didn't want.
