I couldnt recommend Alice highly enough. Ive been working with her for almost two years now and it has really transformed both my attitude towards exercise but also my mental and physical health. She is a thoughtful, smart, fun and always pushes you at the right moments. She is continually bringing new things to the table (which I love so nothing gets boring!). I feel stronger, healthier and so much more grounded thanks to our work. Shes fab :)

Alice is the perfect combination of technical, results-driven and spiritual teaching. Her lessons incorporate yoga, strength and breathing. I always come out feeling so much better than when I went in to see her. And she adapts her teaching to suit your needs.

Alice completely changed my view of exercise, for the better! Finding different types of training that I had never tried before and was actually good at. She has such a kind, calming and serene disposition. I came away from every single session feeling better in my mind and body. Not only does Alice encourage you but she also challenges you so you feel like you are really progressing. THANK YOU ALICE!

I attended the Month of Self-Care program which Alice held with Kate Stewart and Marie McLeod They offered me one of the scholarship places in the program which has been such a blessing as this year has been a hard one for me due to being diagnosed with a serious illness and being unable to work. Im so very grateful for the kindness given to me x Alice taught us Yin yoga and breathwork with a warm and nurturing approach and I felt totally restored and centered after the beautiful flow of these practices. She has been very supportive to me and guiding me gently to move forward and tackle my challenges. She is willing to be vulnerable, sharing her experiences and knowledge and takes the time to understand you. She has an uplifting energy which she brought to the space and made all of us women feel safe to share our voices and experience the nurturing practices. Highly recommend attending her events and coaching!
