I was initially hesitant to start working out, as I suffered an injury to my lower back and never workout seriously before. But after months not moving much (because of the injury and Covid) I knew that I needed to start taking my health more seriously. That's when I reached out to Zack. Zack was incredibly patient and understanding, and he took the time to really get to know me and my fitness goals. He created a workout routine that was tailored to my needs and limitations, and he made sure to emphasize the importance of good posture and form to prevent further injury. Thanks to Zack's guidance and expertise, I was able to gain strength and confidence in the gym. His diet advice was also very helpful, and I learned a lot about how to fuel my body properly. I started with in-person training sessions, and then switched to online coaching. Even though we weren't able to meet in person, Zack made sure to check in with me regularly and adjust my workout plan as needed. Overall, I highly recommend Zack as a personal trainer. He is knowledgeable, supportive, and truly cares about his clients' well-being.

Zack is the best PT Ive ever worked with (and Ive had loads over the years.) He is seriously knowledgeable and very passionate about fitness, wellness, nutrition and body conditioning. Hes made a noticeable difference to my fitness and strength and whats even more amazing is he makes it fun! I really enjoy our sessions and thats coming from a previous gym hater. Zack also goes over and above by checking in on you during the week - making sure you are sticking to your goals, he really is a proper coach - I cant recommend enough.
