        Brilliant circuits class that I go to every week. It's been amazing to get me back into a routine and the small classes make it so much less intimidating than other gyms and classes I've tried. Would highly recommend!

        The studio and the personal trainers here really are top class! My husband & I have been training with Steph for 1.5 years now and couldnt fault her classes, instructions, flexibility and professionalism. We have also done a running course with Max earlier in the year which we thoroughly enjoyed! We wouldnt hesitate to recommend the studio to anyone looking to get in to fitness - young or old, beginner or seasoned pro!
