        The rooms are pretty nice and the staff are friendly. The main issues are admin related as its difficult to get maintenance requests sorted.

        Moved out 4 months ago, still waiting on my deposit to be refunded. Management now ignores all emails. Would love to hear if anyone actually received their deposit back!

        Charles Morton court has fallen down since the property manager Iveth left, the customer service is awful, the office used to be open Monday - Friday now is open only 3 days a week the new property manager does absolutely nothing, she comes in late and leaves early, the previous property manager was always in to resolve any issues. Parcels have now been missed and never gets Delivered I had an important letter which was not able to be signed by as no one was at reception, because they decide to close the office on random days without notifying, the receptionist has no customer service, she don't even what shes doing and have no knowledge, never knows when the property manager is coming on site, the property manager is never picking up calls or messages, complaints and general issues are promised to be resolved but don't and they take forever to do this, I will be reporting this to ANUK as I am not happy, the security of the site is absolutely rubbish the previous manager had fire wardens but they have been taken off and there is no security no one to help in case of an emergency, my friend left a cooker on and accidentally got locked out the room it took 2 hours for someone to come And assist in the meanwhile the cooker was on boiling, this could of caused a fire, ANUK needs to attend and shut this place, there is no such thing on student experience, Iveth organised some amazing student experience events that we was all surprised by her effort here to make living enjoyable, we haven't even had our welcome event which was organised and a flyer Was also posted on Instagram but nothing was Done!
